Integrating Ancient Wisdom in Modern Life: Know The Truth

  1. We live in our imagination and conceptual life that gives undeserved importance to self. This is called Vikalph, Delusion. This is the delusion, that everybody is living a life which is not coming out of his self-nature, which is more like acting than like an authentic living.
  2. Unless you know the truth, you cannot know what delusion is, what illusion is. They are all beliefs: “The world is illusory” and you have not even known the truth, so how can you know what is an illusion? To know the false as false, you will have to know the real as a real, only then can the false be understood.
  3. Imagination may be good, bad and neutral for past, present, future, self, others and world. This will not allow us to see the reality. A wise person doesn’t live in the imagination of the past and future. Means he doesn’t repeat the past and never expects anything from the future. But from the past they realise and create understanding. From that understanding and awareness they direct their energy and thoughts to see reality.
  4. We are too temporary to have permanent problems. Problems are nothing but the result of complicated imagination. We are forgetting our self-nature. Because we forget our self-nature we live in fear and start worrying. Don’t fight or try to solve the problem, know your self-nature.
  5. One who realised his self-nature will come out of imagination and conceptual life, which is the cause of physical and mental disease. One will start responding and not reacting. Responses come from a calm mind and reactions come from a fluctuating mind.
  6. One who has established self-nature will move from complicated imagination to clear imagination.
  7. Four States of Consciousness and defines these states as Waking, Dreaming, Deep Sleep, and Samadhi. Absence of knowledge or reliance on the instinct to receive is called sleep. Sleep is a state where sense organs and mind both are lacking. It is similar to Samadhi but not Samadhi. When we shrink our sense organs and mind, it is called deep sleep. In deep sleep we rejuvenate our body, mind and emotions for the next 24 hours. Which is just one and half hours only. When we go into Samadhi it will give so much energy that it can invoke our Kundalini energy. Deep sleep is like Similar to Samadhi but not Samadhi. As in deep sleep we have no self-awareness, while in Samadhi we are aware of Self-Awareness, In Deep Sleep is Abhav, Lack, in Samadhi you realise your self-nature, Soul, Brahma. In deep sleep you are facing your Soul, in Samadhi you merge and realise your soul.
