Integrating Ancient Wisdom in Modern Life: Transcend Guilt

  1. There are three types of Genetic memories: hidden loyalties, ancestral, binding love. Loyalty is steadfast and always there if it’s pure, especially from the heart. Loyalty is just a word, but automatically comes where love is and has been regardless of identifying with the word. Loyalty is a devotion that is always ready to express compassion. When love seems to have gone astray, real love always remains loyal to compassion and communication.
  2. Hidden loyalties – We all have loyalties to our belief-systems, family members, siblings, ethnicities, nations, grandparents, to the suffering of our ancestors, or to groups of people we may be unaware of. Foundation of hidden loyalty is guilt. Guilt tells you: your joy in this universe is interlinked with other souls whom you share the universe with. I would be worried if I didn’t feel guilty for such.
  3. There is nothing in the world for which one needs to feel guilty. You can transcend guilt. By accepting yourself as you are, and accepting totally, unconditionally. That is the way God wants you to be: the way you are, exactly, precisely. Once you accept yourself you will be prayerful and in gratitude towards your ancestors. They have given you an opportunity to be in this world and they themselves want you to be happy.
  4. Binding love which is the result of codependency pattern. It is an emotional and behavioural condition that affects an individual’s ability to have a healthy, mutually satisfying relationship. It is also known as “relationship addiction” because people with codependency often form or maintain relationships that are one-sided, emotionally destructive and/or abusive. We can drop the codependency pattern if we start loving ourselves. Loving oneself doesn’t mean you are selfish, it only means you are connected with yourself. In the process you will give freedom to others out of love and accept them as they are without your judgement or expectations.
  5. Cellular memories are memories in each cell, stored in the body, in the form of traumatic memories – fact, feeling and response. Bodily memories are stronger than the mind. So you always are a victim to them. Howsoever you may think against them, when the moment comes the body wins.
  6. The famous wisdom of ancient sages, “Get up, wake up and be aware of what you have to achieve in this life.” Once you know what you want to achieve in this life, it will be easy for you to deprogram and reprogram your cellular memories.
  7. Deprogramme the incident in the right perspective and retrieve it, reprogram with right thoughts which are in alignment with what you want to achieve.
