  1. Power means ability to influence. Powerful means one who is influencing you. To be Friendliness, Compassion, Empathetic and Indifference, called Emotional Intelligence.
  2. Patanjali says, Emotional intelligence is the ability to understand, use, and manage your own emotions in positive ways to relieve stress, communicate effectively, empathise with others, overcome challenges and defuse conflict. It brings balance to the individual to react to others, self and surroundings with the above four qualities.
  3. According to psychology Emotional intelligence refers to our ability to recognise, understand, and regulate our own and other people’s emotions. How people recognise and manage emotions depends on their cultural background, so EQ (emotional quotient) tests may be biassed against groups outside the “norm.”
  4. Friendliness: Friendliness is a quality not a relationship. With this quality one creates the ability to listen, paraphrasing and summarising, leading questions, pay attention, follow other focus, cultivate positive and useful thoughts, and drop the habit of giving unsolicited advise. It gives one Emotional Intelligence of Love.
  5. Compassion: The Ultimate Flowering of Love. With this quality of empathy, one stops being judgmental about his surroundings, others and self. With the quality of Empathy one will transcend sensuality and become sensitive. Become loving, but get out of lust. Lust and sensuousness are animals; love and sensitivity are human. It gives one Emotional Intelligence of Trust.
  6. Empathetic: Sympathy is genuine when you experience unhappiness in the miseries of others and experience joy and happiness in the happiness of others. One can transcend sympathy to Empathy by observant of one’s own thought regarding genuinity of sympathy. Empathy means nonduality. Empathy means oneness. Nonviolence is oneness. Empathy is a spiritual happening. So, there are three states: one is false sympathy, which is violence, two genuine sympathy which is a very subtle form of violence and empathy which is nonviolence. With a more sensitive mind, sympathy can even become empathy. It gives one Emotional Intelligence of a Team.
  7. Indifference: Indifference means choicelessness. It means you do not choose either side of the duality. Bring the balance absolutely be authentic towards yourself and with others without any criticism or ego. It gives one Emotional Intelligence of Respect.
