But emotional needs cannot be met by the solar plexus. Opening or activating Solar Plexus will help us to take charge of ourselves. Freedom from codependency.
- The Solar Plexus can blossom naturally from age 7-14. Children would like to be independent and would like to have power, control and dominate others according to their thinking and actions.
- When you become independent, your emotional needs can no longer be met by others. Because others may give their best to express emotion but they may not match the expectation of your feelings.
- The Solar Plexus will be blocked when emotional needs cannot be met by others and you will not be able to express your feelings to others. Because you are not sure that others will feel the same way that you have given them.
- The Solar Plexus will be blocked also when others will challenge you WIllpower and Personality. Sharing is key for unblocking Solar Plexus. Not because by sharing you will be helping others, no, but by sharing you will be growing. Sharing will blossom your Solar Plexus and rediscover your self-motivation, means one who conquers himself is the mightiest warrior.
- Heart Chakra (Anahata): Anahata means unstruck sound. Soundless sound. It naturally blossoms from the age 14-28.
- The expression of human nature will be possible from this chakra. It will reduce duality. Love will be the medium to connect and feel each other. From this chakra if love is expressed it will not be for possession but for friendliness. Seed of unconditional love starts sprouting from this chakra.
- When it is blocked one will become a masochist with self and with others leading to emotional imbalance, anger, jealousy, etc. Logic, logic chopping, argumentativeness, too much rationality, too much of Aristotle in you, destroy the Heart Chakra. Don’t try directly to drop the ego. But be loving and ego will lose its grip.
- To flower the blockage in Heart Chakra Forgiveness is key. Forgiveness is etiquette, Deep Forgiveness is when you understand self and others and Absolute Forgiveness is there is no other. From this understanding one will start one’s spiritual growth.
- When Heart Chakra flowers love will be Unconditional with the fragrance and energy of the Universe. One can love to self and others, they can heal, compassion etc.
