With a career spanning over 36 years, Ravi Nuguri has established himself as a veteran in the engineering and consulting sectors, bringing a wealth of experience and insight into leadership and legacy. Ravi holds a degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Osmania University and began his illustrious career as a Scientific Officer in the Indian atomic energy industry, where he developed safety critical control systems. His pursuit of excellence led him to earn a postgraduate diploma in Software Technologies, after which he designed a pioneering data acquisition system for nuclear reactors, still in use today.
His professional journey has seen him excel in program management at Tektronix, and later in executive roles across various renowned organisations, including HCL, LTTS, Altran, Centum, and V2. As a former CEO and CDO, he managed global teams and was responsible for managing business lines with significant P&L. Currently, as the Founder Director of Verto Consulting India, Ravi dedicates his expertise to empower start-ups and SMEs in strategy development, operational excellence, and leadership coaching.
Beyond his professional achievements, Ravi is committed to community service and the promotion of ancient Vedic culture, reflecting his holistic approach to leadership and life.
