With over 36 years in the corporate world, Ravi has an extensive background in Electronics and Communications Engineering, software technologies, program management, and executive leadership. He has worked across Aerospace & Defense, Automotive, Servers & Storage, and Semiconductor industries. As a former CEO and CDO, he managed global teams, business lines, and mentored hundreds of engineers annually. Now, as the Founder Director of Verto(વર્ટો) Consulting India, he focuses on empowering startups and SMEs in strategy, operations, and leadership.
Beyond his professional journey, Ravi is deeply committed to mentoring future leaders and giving back through voluntary medical camps and promoting ancient Vedic culture. In his first episode, he shared his journey from engineering to Vedic studies, offering valuable insights for young professionals.

I welcome Anil Pandit
Anil Pandit, a key member of the core team at Dwarkadhish Holistic Centre, is a highly respected expert in engineering and technology. He holds a B.Tech degree from IIT Bombay and prestigious qualifications including MIE, Chartered Engineer, and Industry Teaching Fellow. Anil’s impressive career includes achievements such as obtaining his first patent in 1981 and holding leadership roles like Technology Business Leader and Chief Engineer.
