1. Energize and Relax with Simple steps of Meditation. Infuse your day with vitality, relaxation, a sense of connection and calmness. Set a positive tone for the rest of your day.
  2. Step 1: Jogging: Begin by placing your hands comfortably on your waist. As you start jogging in place, allow your body to gradually warm up.
  3. Step 2: Posture and Relaxation Pause your jogging and assume a comfortable posture. Keep your back and neck straight, yet relaxed. This will help you maintain a sense of alignment and ease.
  4. Step 3: Energy Breathing Close your eyes gently. Inhale naturally, and then exhale forcefully by contracting your lower abdomen. You can enhance this process by synchronizing hand movements with your breath.
  5. Step 4: Wide-Eyed Awakening Open your eyes wide, resembling the gaze of a lion. As you do so, let your tongue protrude slightly out of your mouth. Exhale deeply, emptying your lungs, and hold this exhalation briefly. Inhale deeply afterward.
  6. Step 5: Bhramari Pranayama – The Humming Breath With your eyes closed, take a deep inhalation, followed by a smooth exhalation. During your exhalation, create a humming sound by gently closing your mouth. Imagine the sound of buzzing bees, and sustain it until you naturally need to inhale again. Allow yourself to immerse in the soothing vibration of your own humming.
  7. Step 6: Embracing Silence Pause all activities. Embrace the present moment with stillness and silence. Allow yourself to become attuned to the natural sounds around you.
  8. Step 7: Deep Breathing and Conclusion Take a series of slow, deep breaths. Gently rub your palms together and then place them on your eyelids and face, expressing a gesture of self-love. Gradually open your eyes.
  9. Step 8: Cultivating Gratitude As you conclude your routine, take a moment to feel gratitude. Express appreciation for these moments of peace and self-care. Extend your gratitude to your parents, siblings, teachers, and all those who contribute positively to your life.
  10. Step 9: Sharing Positivity Embrace the spirit of unity by joining in a shared sentiment. Together, let’s chant: “Sarve Bhavantu Sukhinah,” meaning “May all beings be happy.”
