Process: Breath in and open your eyes. Breath out, close your eyes. For 5 mts everyday.

  1. In self-remembering/Double arrow Consciousness there will be no thought; you will be completely empty. And self-remembering is not a mental process.
  2. Try to remember yourself without any object. Try to remember yourself without any object, without any relation to anything else. Remember yourself directly, simply.
  3. An arrow can only go in one direction but awareness can be bi-directional – and when that happens, the witness is experienced. The arrow of awareness can go in both directions; it can be two-edged.
  4. Right Meditation: Utterly Empty and Yet Utterly Full.
