After graduation in Electrical Engineering from IIT Bombay in 1971 he opted, and all through continued to work towards development of Electrical Products for Global Markets.

Anil is a seasoned professional who got his first patent back in 1981, and since then, he has been a member of BIS as a program manager and IEEE General Manager. He has held several leadership roles, including Technology Business Leader and Chief Engineer, making him a highly respected figure in the engineering community.

R. Sridharan is a highly qualified Industrial Engineering professional with a Ph.D. from IIT Bombay. He is currently a Professor at NIT Calicut, bringing extensive experience and expertise to his role. His areas of interest include Decision Modelling, Simulation Modelling and Analysis, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Total Quality Management, and Indian Knowledge Systems.

He holds a PhD from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, which he earned in 1995. Additionally, he obtained an MBA from the University of Hawai’i at Manoa in 1985 and a BA from the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) in Kharagpur, India, in 1979. Holds M.Sc., M.Phil., and Ph.D. degrees in Psychology from Utkal University. Also possesses an M.Sc. in Value Education and Spirituality from Annamalai University.
