We are going little deeper inside the bearing attitude and balancing attitude to understand the hidden science. We generally will have a little confusion whether to adopt bearing attitude or balancing.

I wish to cite an example from my  own life here, so that you yourself will come to a conclusion which has to come first.

In my childhood my father never gave permission to hire a cycle for practicing, due to heavy traffic. But the fire Inside me was propelling the rocket of my desire for cycling.
So when my dad was out of station I used to took my dads office cycle which was very heavy, that too a cycle with bar. So initially I used to just roll the cycle because I was so puny and I was in my 6th standard that rolling the cycle itself was difficult. Then after two or three days my mind got accustomed to the weight of the cycle. Once I started moving by keeping my left leg on the left pedal and right leg on the ground and by kicking the ground I started moving and now also balancing the weight of my cycle, later I inserted my right leg inside the bar on the right pedal and started pedaling the cycle. This I did for few days  Finally I took my leg over the bar and seated on the seat. Though my legs didn’t reach the pedal still I was pushing the pedals alternatively to ride the cycle.

While riding I fell down, then too I got up on my own. I never shown my wound to anyone, but continued the journey without anyone’s help till I excelled.

Whatever we do here, we do with the help of our mind only. So literally we have to train our mind in such a way that one day it really helps in doing lot of magic in our life..
Actually speaking Bearing Attitude and Balancing are complementary to each other. So through Bearing Attitude I trained my mind to bear the weight of the cycle, hurdles on the way in the form of wound, lack of support etc., When this  got developed gradually, Balancing has happened very easily…

If BEARING is preparatory process done inside, then BALANCING comes as a RESULTANT outside.

Like me take anything that you want to do and start doing that. Be responsible for all the consequences and see how you can Balance your life and how much more stress you will be able to take.
