The pen is a powerful tool because when you use it, you express your thoughts on paper… You write memos that keep track of your busy schedule and appointments.. The expression of the mind through words is a powerful instrument.
Pen will serve as a stepping stone for greater challenges in life.
NO one wants to think of themselves as mentally lazy. We want to be dynamic and capable, setting and accomplishing goals while living interesting fulfilling lives along the way. We want to be healthy, to feel good and to have fun.
However, very few of us were taught that our thoughts and expectations create vibrational frequencies that beam out into this energy soup we live in–affecting our own bodies and everything around us. Those vibrational frequencies (like a radio signal) bring us the life we think about–the life we expect. Thoughts are things.
What does this mean? Be clear about your intentions and focus on what you want; drop mental laziness and control your mind, and make a conscious effort to do things that make you happy. You will be working with the natural principles of physics to attract and create what you want in your life: spiritually, materially, health-wise and in your relationships.
Basically, being mentally lazy is accomplished by avoiding the pursuit of consequences and outcomes, and by not considering the implications of advice, paths, decisions, and beliefs. Mental Laziness can be summed up as the easy acceptance of things at face value, the superficial, the commonly believed, without challenging their truth, validity, accuracy, logic, fairness, or relevance, etc.
Easiest way to overcome Mental Laziness is to start writing what you want to achieve and what are the action plan.
An action plan is a detailed plan outlining actions needed to reach one or more goals. Alternatively, defines an action plan as a “sequence of steps that must be taken, or activities that must be performed well, for a strategy to succeed”.
