If you really want to be blissful you have to live the impermanent life as it is, without any expectation, without any imposition on your part. Flow with life. It changes — you change with it. Why bother about a permanent meaning? What will you do with a permanent meaning?
And meaning exists only when something functions as a means to some other end. Life is not a means to some other end, it is an end unto itself, hence really it cannot have any meaning. That does not mean it is meaningless, it simply means it is transcendental to meaning or no-meaning. Those words are irrelevant.
Become more of a movement. Be moving and allow life to flow. Once you know that between the opposites balance is possible, once you have a glimpse of it, then you know the art. Then everywhere in life, in every dimension of life, you can attain that balance very easily. Really, to say that you can attain is not good. Once you know the knack of it, whatsoever you do, the balance follows you like a shadow.
Let Nagaraj give you his own example how he balanced his Mind-Body Connection:
First time I ride a bicycle was a three wheeler cycle during my childhood days when I was in UKG.
I started learning cycle during my school days by falling many times getting injured so I could get that balance that was a great achievement in my childhood days.
I really enjoyed cycling myself to different streets of the town and it really gives me a lot of confidence in spite of many many adversities during my childhood days like health.
Today I clearly remember for me cycling and balancing was so joyful that made me realized to care my health, which taught me to understand Mind-Body Connection.
We are healthy when we’re able to fully digest everything we take in, extracting what is nourishing and eliminating whatever doesn’t serve us. This includes our food, our relationships, our jobs, and all our life experiences. Illness, in contrast, develops when there is a disruption ― a blockage in the flow of energy and information in our body-mind. Symptoms and sickness are the body’s signal that we need to restore balance, eliminate whatever is causing the blockages, and reestablish the healthy flow of intelligence.
This realization gave me health to participated in an cycle expedition from Tirupati to Mahabalipuram covering 750 km along with my friends those were the days I really enjoyed as if I am conquering world and really wanted to get back to those days I really enjoyed myself being cycling heartfully visiting different historical places and it was a great physical empowerment through cycling, in fact it gave lot of balance of mind in dealing with different challenges in real life, as for as I am physically fit, I continue to cycle , till my last breath, I will gracefully cycle to the end of my life….🚲🚲🚲🚲..
