  5. Living In Uncertainty: Uncertainty is the only certainty there is and Knowing how to live with insecurity is the only security.
    • Instead of resisting, we can practice acceptance.
    • The best resource that you have right now for making a contribution to the world is YOU.
    • Don’t be confused: Self-care is not selfish.
    • One of the most important ways we can invest in ourselves is to comfort ourselves in healthy ways.
    • Don’t believe everything you think.
  6. Buddha’s 1st fold Right Paradigm (RP): RP means people know how to use ego. More you use your ego, the more you will be conscious and your personal, professional and Individual life starts growing.
    • Person with RP will not be getting impressed or influenced by higher authority or never feel that a less opportunist person cannot come up in life.
    • Interpretation will take you away from yourself and you will be unconscious of what you have and can deliver.
    • Person who has RP wants that everyone around them also becomes like them. Means giving them support but not help.
