As the Founder Director of InSAI, the Institute of Success, Awareness & Inspiration, Kota has successfully blended his engineering background with a deep understanding of human resources. His contributions to HR systems and policies at esteemed companies such as Baan Info Systems, Subex Systems, and Intergraph Consulting have been instrumental in shaping the industry.

He served at Oliva Advanced Skin and Hair Clinics as the Chief Human Resource Officer, Kota has led HR operations at a nationally acclaimed chain of dermatological clinics. His role as a Certified Trainer in team orchestration and interpersonal rating model from Cahner’s Tracom Institute, USA, reflects his commitment to developing professionals across various organisations.

With a Bachelor of Engineering from Osmania University and an MBA from Sri Satya Sai Institute of Higher Learning, Kota’s academic background complements his practical experience in the field. His passion for community service underscores his dedication to societal development.
