Honored to welcome Dr. Grish Mohan Gupta, known as Sw Vinod, an 84-year-old luminary in India’s industrial sphere. A true lifelong learner, he recently earned his MBA from IIM Sambalpur, embodying a spirit of continuous growth. As the founder, chairman, and managing director of *Global Engineers Limited*, a leading MSME, Dr. Gupta has been a force of innovation for over three decades.

His work is a masterclass in national contribution. He has strengthened our borders with high-security fencing and indigenising propellant manufacturing for Bofors guns, saving millions in foreign exchange and bolstering the *Make in India* initiative. His innovations have also revolutionised railway safety with automatic coach painting plants and advanced our Atomic Energy program. His latest endeavors include an indigenous defense facility and solar greenhouse technology, both poised to transform vital sectors of the economy.

Dr. Gupta has been recognised with numerous accolades, including two prestigious awards from the President of India and an entry into the *Golden Book of World Records* for earning his MBA at his age.
