Ma Prem Poornima, also known as Poonam Jethwani, brings a wealth of experience and expertise to our discussion. With a background as a Qualified Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary, she has over 25 years of experience in various sectors including Information Technology, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Service, Media, and Social Sector. Her specialisations range from Accounts and Finance to Strategy, Operations, Taxation, Audits, and more.

In the realm of teaching, Ma Prem Poornima has over 30 years of experience, imparting knowledge in Commerce Classes, Corporate Trainings, and as a Guest Faculty at MBA Institutes. She also excels in teaching soft skills to Chartered Accountants and students of NGOs and Trusts.

On her spiritual journey, Ma Prem Poornima has been a disciple of Osho since birth, guided by Swami Shailendra Saraswatiji & Ma Amrit Priya since 2003. She is also a Meditation facilitator, conducting sessions for students and adults across India.
