The advanced nature of the ancient Indian civilization remains a topic of fascinating discussion. While the scientific community was stunned by Albert Einstein’s groundbreaking E=mc2 formula in 1905, it may come as a surprise to some that this relationship between mass and energy was known to ancient civilizations in India thousands of years ago.
In fact, ancient Indian texts clearly state that the visible universe is nothing but energy – what we perceive as matter is, in essence, energy condensed into form. This energy is referred to as Shakti, and is in a constant state of movement, creating and destroying everything we see around us.
What is perhaps even more intriguing is the knowledge of a formless substance that pervades everything in the universe. This substance is in a constant state of motionlessness, while Shakti remains in perpetual motion. Indian civilization recognized the interconnectivity between all aspects of the universe, and it is this unity that forms the crux of their understanding of energy and matter.
The question that arises is how did ancient Indian civilization know about this relationship between energy and matter? Perhaps it was through a deep understanding of the interconnectedness of all things, or maybe it was through the wisdom and insight gathered by ancient spiritual practices. Regardless of how they came upon this knowledge, it is clear that ancient Indian civilization was more advanced than we give them credit for.
