Listening to the inner noise of your mind can be a meditation if you remain alert and watchful.
Meditation is a powerful tool that can help us calm our minds and achieve a sense of inner peace. However, many of us struggle with quieting the constant chatter in our minds. We may become frustrated when our minds wander, or we may give up altogether if we can’t achieve a state of calm.
But what if we approached our thoughts and internal chatter with a sense of curiosity and non-judgment? What if we viewed them as a form of meditation in and of themselves? By simply listening to the inner noise of our minds, without becoming attached to our thoughts or feelings, we can cultivate a deeper sense of awareness and presence.
This is not to say that we should not strive to calm our minds during meditation, but it is a reminder that every moment can be an opportunity for mindfulness and presence.
So, let us take time to listen to the noise of our minds, without getting caught up in it. Let us remain alert and watchful as we navigate the internal landscape of our thoughts and feelings, and let us approach each moment with a sense of curiosity and openness.
