    You don’t have to control everything if you realise you can handle anything.

    One doesn’t need to control everything; it can be liberating and empowering. It suggests that instead of trying to control external circumstances, we can develop the inner strength and resilience to handle any situation that comes our way.

    In life, there are many factors beyond our control – the actions of others, unpredictable events, and the ever-changing nature of the world. Attempting to control everything can be overwhelming, exhausting, and ultimately futile. It can lead to frustration, anxiety, and a sense of powerlessness.

    However, realising that we have the capacity to handle whatever comes our way shifts our focus from trying to control external circumstances to building our own internal resources and capabilities. It means recognising and nurturing our inner strengths, such as resilience, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.

    When we cultivate the belief that we can handle anything, we develop a sense of self-confidence and trust in our abilities. We understand that we have the capacity to face challenges, cope with adversity, and find solutions. This mindset allows us to approach situations with a greater sense of calm, flexibility, and open-mindedness.

    Moreover, acknowledging that we don’t have to control everything frees us from the weight of unrealistic expectations and the need for perfection.
