    When we enter a meditative state, our mind becomes calm and focused, allowing us to detach ourselves from the fluctuations and distractions of everyday life. In this state, we are able to observe our thoughts and emotions without judgement or attachment. The quote suggests that instead of trying to solve problems directly, being in a meditative state allows us to transcend the problems, thereby eliminating their grip and influence on our well-being.

    By detaching ourselves from the problems, we create space for clarity and insight to arise.
