Seek the seeker, let the seeker be the sought.

Life is a paradox, a beautiful mystery that keeps unfolding as we move deeper into its realms. When Osho says, “Seek the seeker,” he is pointing towards the essence of our very existence. It is an invitation to turn inwards, to look at the one who is constantly searching for happiness, truth, love, success, enlightenment. You are the seeker, and it is you who should be the subject of your search.

This seeker within you is draped in many layers – social conditionings, beliefs, fears, desires. Most of your life, you have been looking outward, seeking fulfilment in possessions, relationships, achievements. But have you ever paused to look at who seeks all these things? Who is it that is never satisfied, always looking for something more, something else?

Let the seeker be the sought – this means to make your own self the object of your quest. It is about self-discovery, understanding your true nature, which is beyond the ego and the mind. It is about finding that space of consciousness where the distinction between the seeker and the sought dissolves, where the knower and the known are one.

Once you start looking into your own being, the search transforms. You no longer seek happiness, because you find that joy is your nature. You do not search for love, because you realise that you are love. It is a profound journey from seeking to being, from unrest to peace, from ignorance to enlightenment.

So, explore the depths of your being and witness the beauty and love that you are. The external search will exhaust you, for it has no end. The internal search will fulfil you, for it leads you to yourself – the ultimate truth of who you are.
