Always remember to judge everything by your inner feeling of bliss.

It is imperative to consistently evaluate situations based on your intrinsic sense of contentment. The essence of the quote, “If you are feeling blissful, everything is alright. If you are not feeling blissful, then whatever you are doing, something somewhere is wrong,” underscores the importance of inner harmony as a barometer for one’s actions and decisions.

When one experiences a state of bliss, it signifies alignment with one’s values, desires, and overall well-being. This internal satisfaction is an indicator that the actions being taken and the environment one is in are conducive to personal growth and happiness. Conversely, a lack of bliss suggests that there is a dissonance between one’s actions and their true self. This misalignment can stem from various factors such as unfulfilled desires, unethical practices, or environments that are not supportive of one’s well-being.

The persistence of negative feelings, such as misery, is often a result of unconscious cooperation. Individuals may inadvertently perpetuate these feelings by remaining in unfavourable situations or continuing detrimental behaviours. Over time, this cooperation becomes habitual and the individual may lose awareness of their role in sustaining their own unhappiness.

To mitigate this, it is crucial to remain mindful and introspective, regularly assessing one’s emotional state and the factors contributing to it. By acknowledging and addressing the root causes of discontent, one can take proactive steps to realign their actions with their inner sense of bliss. This conscious effort is essential for fostering a fulfilling and harmonious life.
