Whenever a person feels the lack of self-confidence, he becomes easily angry.

It is true that a lack of self-confidence can contribute to increased anger or frustration in some individuals. When someone lacks self-confidence, they may feel insecure about their abilities, worth, or value. This can make them more sensitive to criticism or perceived slights, leading to a heightened emotional response such as anger.

When we lack self-confidence, we may have a greater need for external validation or approval. If we perceive ourselves as being judged or belittled, it can trigger feelings of frustration, inadequacy, or anger. This can result in an overreaction to situations that may not warrant such a strong emotional response.

Additionally, low self-esteem and self-doubt can lead to a lack of assertiveness. When individuals do not feel confident in expressing their needs or boundaries, they may bottle up their emotions. Over time, this bottled-up frustration can manifest as anger or resentment.

Building self-confidence can help individuals manage their anger more effectively. Developing a positive self-image, recognising personal strengths and accomplishments, and practising self-care can all contribute to increased self-confidence. Seeking support from trusted friends, family, or professionals can also be beneficial in building self-esteem and learning healthy coping mechanisms for managing anger.

It is important to remember that anger is a normal human emotion, and everyone experiences it to some degree. However, addressing underlying issues related to self-confidence can help individuals better understand and regulate their emotions, leading to healthier and more productive ways of dealing with anger.
