Centered is like dance which happens with the rhythm of music. You are aware of outside world with respect to yours. After the dance many of you might have felt that still you are full of energy. When you are centered you are at your navel. This is like you are in the womb. When you are centered you are more like embryo/fetus, which is always relaxed.
