Difficult moments are hard when you are passing through them, but later on you will see they have made you more integrated. Without them you would never have been centered, grounded.

You can Centered yourself by the following process. 

Process:

Do this process when you are going to sleep and before you come out of the bad. 

5 minutes each time. 

Lie down comfortably. Close your eyes. Relax your body. 

Relax your breath. I am not saying deep breath. I say normal and relax breath. 

Relax your thoughts. Means don’t try to stop the thoughts, don’t fight with the thoughts. But just watch as a movie without your involvement. If thought comes let it be, if it doesn’t let it be. 

Now Observe or Feel your Navel. For 5 minutes. Do this process every day and let me know how is your sleep and how is your day. 

During the day when you are watching TV, or walking or just taking break from your work, use this time to Observe or Feel the Navel.
