Anger

Anger. Which is very common in everyone of us. It is bound to be there. As everything in the universe is available in the crude form. Anger is crude form of energy. We have never thought that anger as a energy. One of the reason why we have not taken anger as a energy because we are carrying borrowed knowledge and never thought that we have brain which can be used. We are mentally paralysed.

When we receive anger as a source of energy possibility to transform opened.

Once you look inward, you will see that anger isn’t part of your true self. Be your true self and anger is solved.

Small and practical process 

Place your attention on the part of your body where you’re holding the Anger, and with every exhalation of your breath, have an intention of releasing that Anger. For the next 30 seconds, just feel the Anger sensation leaving your body with every breath. Some people find that making an audible tone that resonates in that part of your body where the pain is localized helps to loosen and lift the contraction away.

Or you can use the Third Chakra/Manipura Chakra 

The third chakra is called Manipura, which means “lustrous gem.” Located around the navel in the area of the solar plexus and up to the breastbone, it is a source of personal power and governs self-esteem, warrior energy, and the power of transformation. The Manipura chakra also controls metabolism and digestion.

When you feel Anger place your attention on third chakra and with every exhalation of your breath, have an intention of releasing that Anger.​
