Knowledge, Information and Experience

Women possess some of the most important traits needed to succeed in business: empathy, tenderness and affection. Without these characteristics, wisdom cannot exist.

Woman’s limbic portion of the brain, which is deeply connected to emotions, is more developed in women. The reptilian side of the brain, which controls more primitive functions, was rightly dominant in the days of hunter gatherers. In the modern era, however, success comes from “the incarnation of the divine feminine,” or more people embodying female traits. “It embraces truth, goodness and beauty,”

Why women are balanced?

A girl is quiet. There is a scientific reason for this. Biology says that the personality of a woman is balanced; the personality of a man is not balanced. The genes in the woman are even in number. A person is born out of the meeting of two cells – the two sex cells of a man and a woman. In a man there are chromosomes containing twenty-four genes and also ones of twenty-three genes: there are two kinds. In a woman there are only chromosomes of twenty-four genes. When a man’s twenty-four-chromosome gene unites with a woman’s twenty-four-chromosome gene, a girl is born. Then there are forty-eight chromosomes – the balance is even, just like in the two trays of a scale. And when a man’s twenty-three-chromosome gene unites with the twenty-four-chromosome gene of the woman, a boy is born. Then there are forty-seven genes. As if one side of the balance is lower and one is higher – unbalanced. In women there are twenty-four from each side. This is why a woman is more beautiful, more proportionate, more peaceful. There is a kind of equanimity. There is a kind of stability. There is a certain roundness in the personality of a woman. There is a little angularity in a man, he is square-cut. This is the scientific reason for this difference.

The Tridevi (English: three goddesses; Sanskrit: त्रिदेवी tridevī) is a concept in Hinduism joining a triad of eminent goddesses either as a feminine version of the Trimurti in the form of Mahalakshmi, Mahasaraswati and Mahakali.

This Tridevi represents as follows:

Mahalakshmi represents when we do our karma we will be able to take care of our daily requirements. With this if we include Mahasaraswati, in our act, then we will be able to take the responsibility of ours and others also. With this two if we include Mahakali, in our act, who is symbol of courage, this courage is not to show our valor to others but to drop our identity and ego. If we can include this in our life we will be able to share our beings/love with others.

Why this three concept was symbolised through the women because only woman have this quality – woman knows how to do their karma without any expectation from others, she has wisdom to take the responsibility, this is the reason that woman is very strong support and lastly she has courage to drop ego and identity.

Woman is true energy within everyone of us. It is not question of male body or female body. It is about our being.
