Life Is Multidimensional – In Gita Verse 16.13-15 The demoniac person thinks: “So much wealth do I have today, and I will gain more according to my schemes. So much is mine now, and it will increase in the future, more and more. He is my enemy, and I have killed him, and my other enemies will also be killed. I am the lord of everything. I am – enjoyer. I am perfect, powerful and happy. I am the richest man, surrounded by aristocratic relatives. There is none so powerful and happy as I am. I shall perform sacrifices, I shall give some charity, and thus I shall rejoice.” In this way, such persons are deluded by ignorance.
The demoniac person ensnared in material wealth believes they are the architects of their fortune and destiny, reveling in the ego’s dance with power, control, and temporal pleasures. They are, in truth, entangled in a web of ignorance, blind to the boundless dimensions of existence that lie beyond the grasp of avarice and arrogance.
Life, as Krishan proclaims, is a grand tapestry woven with threads of paradoxes, shimmering with colors that cannot be seen through eyes clouded with the pursuit of consistency. For consistency is the mantra of the mundane, the comfort of the complacent, who, fearful of the unknown, cling to the shores of the past, unready to set sail on the unpredictable seas of existence.
Reject the seductive allure of consistency, for it is the gravestone of creativity, the chains that bind you to the past. The consistent man, bound by the strings of societal expectations, is reduced to a predictable character, an actor reciting rehearsed lines on the stage of life. He knows his role, and he plays it well, but alas, the script is outdated, and the play is a tragedy of unexplored potential.
Embrace the glories of inconsistency, like the river that dances freely, untamed by the rigidity of the pond. It flows effortlessly, embracing the new landscapes, providing sustenance to the diverse life along its banks. The river knows not of consistency, for its waters are ever-changing, ever-adapting, much like the human spirit when allowed to soar.
Your sadness, your joy, your failures, and your triumphs are all the sacred hymns of your existence. Sing them loudly, for in this symphony, you will discover the rhythms of your true self. The man who welcomes sadness with the same open arms as he does joy is rich beyond measure, for his heart knows the depths of genuine emotion, and his laughter rings with the authenticity of experience.
Let us then, like Atisha, gather the courage to explore every dimension of our lives. To live in love, laugh in pain, and grow in sorrow. Our existence is a magnificent adventure, our roles ever-shifting, our characters fluid and free from the constraints of static definitions.
To conquer life, one must relinquish the need for approval from the masses. The real journey is inward, to the core of one’s being. It is in this sacred space that one finds the light to illuminate the true path. It is here, beyond character, beyond societal accolades, where the essence of life in its purest form resides. The journey of the self is not one of conformity but of divine rebellion against the mundane.
Krishan urges you to dance to the rhythm of life’s inconsistencies. Do not suffocate in the coffin of predictability before the finality of death graces your doorstep. Live with vigor, live with passion, live as if every moment is a rebirth into a world where the old rules no longer apply.
Let this be the mantra for those who dare to live fully: Life is not a problem to be solved, but a mystery to be lived. Live this mystery in its full spectrum, for you are a rainbow, displaying the harmony of inconsistency in the radiant sky of existence.
