Welcome to our podcast! Today, we are honoured to have Ram Subramanian born in Tamil Nadu, India. Served the Indian Air Force for 20 years and migrated to the USA as a very successful Financial Advisor in a Fortune 100 Company.
Unexpected events in his life; his wife suddenly was diagnosed with Stage 4 Lung Cancer and she passed away, the aftermath and depression took his life too, for 23 minutes with Heart Attack and Cardiac Arrest and the surgeons were doubtful about his life too. However, he survived with questions on “What is life and its purpose” turned him to study the philosophy of Advaita, Vedanta and Thirukkural and through which he evolved from the realm of materialism to spiritualism. This paradigm shift is only possible through self-study.
Currently residing in Tapovanam, Kozhikode, Kerala, under the guidance of Acharya Unniraman, Ram shares abstracts and excerpts from renowned scholars and philosophers in his discourses. His mission now is to promote mental well-being through Yoga and lectures that encourage individuals to personally experiment and experience, rather than blindly following doctrines, dogmas, and beliefs.
