Drig Drishya Viveka:

  1. Consciousness: Consciousness is one, through the consciousness we can differentiate seer and seen are different.
    • Quality of object belongs to object and not to Consciousness. But the quality of Consciousness belongs to the object. As it cannot be reduced to an object, it remains the subject.
    • The moment your body, mind and consciousness function together, you have become the trinity, and in that experience is the divine.
    • Consciousness is energy, the purest energy. The mind is not so pure; the body is still less pure.
    • Consciousness is the highest form of energy.
  2. Pain And Suffering: Pain in the body is fact, as it is biological. But the suffering is psychological. Suffering is because of our identification with the pain and body.
    • Basic truths of life, that you are bliss and not suffering.
    • All suffering exists on the periphery. Through suffering you become aware of the opposite pole, the blissful inner being.
    • In the centre you are a nonbeing, nothingness, just a vast space, eternally cool, silent, blissful.
    • Confronting oneself in aloneness is fearful and it is painful, and one has to suffer it.
  3. Drig Drishya Viveka: Meaning of Drig: Seer; Drishya: Seen and Viveka: Discrimination. Drig-Drishya Viveka as the name indicates is an inquiry into the nature of the ‘Seer’ and the ‘Seen’.
    • The third is the astral body. This also has two dimensions. Primarily, the third body revolves around doubt and thinking. If these are transformed, doubt becomes trust and thinking becomes Viveka, awareness.
    • You have to remember only one thing: the seer is not the seen.
    • You are a transcendental consciousness. This is Viveka, this is awareness.
