Self-Alert

- Unconsciousness makes you interested in others – things, people, but it is always the others.
- Unconsciousness is nothing but an absence, the absence of consciousness. It is not something positive in itself, so you cannot do anything except be aware.
- Consciousness: Once you are radiating consciousness and light sex, greed, lust for power, position, respectability don’t come close to you.
- Consciousness has its own power, the power of consciousness gives you so much that you become capable of sharing with people.
- Consciousness is wholeness. By denying a part you lose something – something that was really significant.
- Yoga is the method of evolving toward pure consciousness; not being conscious of something, but being consciousness itself.
- The purpose of life is to become conscious.
- Self-Alert: Self-alertness is alertness of your inner world.
- Self-consciousness simply means ego consciousness, unconsciousness; and self-alertness means soul consciousness. Your ego is a false entity.
- You cannot be certain regarding the future but you can be alert in the present moment. When you alert, a clarity arises.
- Every moment one has to be alert, aware and meditative.
- When you watch, you watch through the mind. When you are alert, you are simply alert; there is no watching. “Alert,” simply mean don’t fall asleep.
