Christian is the Managing and Founding Partner of the Conscious Consulting Group (CCG), where he excels as an Executive Coach and Advisor specialising in strategy, leadership, and purpose-driven development. With a professional background in psychotherapy and social work, Christian has dedicated his career to supporting individuals facing addiction and AIDS. His journey includes time as a Zen monk, integrating Eastern spiritual traditions into his work. With over 30 years of experience as a business consultant, Christian leads European and global transformation projects, coaching senior executives and integrating technology and science with wisdom traditions.
Drawing inspiration from thought leaders such as Nisargadatta Maharaj, Dogen, Alan Watts, and Rainer Maria Rilke, Christian reflects a deep engagement with both Eastern and Western philosophical traditions. Currently residing in Spain, Christian tends to an ancient olive grove in the Sierra Nevada while supporting individuals worldwide.
