Introducing the esteemed Dr. Madhumita Chatterji, a distinguished academic and expert in Organisational Behaviour & Human Resource Management. Dr. Chatterji has accumulated over thirty years of experience in her career, having held esteemed positions at respected institutions including ABBS School of Management, IFIM Business School, and Corvinus University where she served as a visiting professor. Her expertise extends to areas such as Corporate Social Responsibility, Spirituality in Management, and Business Ethics.
A recipient of multiple accolades and awards, Dr. Chatterji’s impressive educational background includes a Ph.D from Jadavpur University, an MA, MBA with University rank, and completion of a program at University of Oxford and Harvard Business School. She is the author of several books and has published numerous articles in esteemed journals.
As a recognised PhD guide and member of various academic committees, Dr. Chatterji is dedicated to research and teaching. She is a co-founder of the Mahatma Gandhi International Research Centre for Conflict Prevention and Management, and holds positions in various international organisations such as the European SPES Institute and the International Society for Integrated Disaster Risk Management.
