  1. Right Sleep: Sleep is a state where sense organs and mind both are lacking. It is similar to Samadhi but not Samadhi.
    • Sleep is a state where sense organs and mind both are lacking. It is similar to Samadhi but not Samadhi.
    • We have not even noticed that the cause behind all the illnesses, all the disorders that have entered man’s life is lack of sleep.
    • It is very important for a meditator to see to it that he sleeps properly and enough.
    • Even while you are falling asleep the awareness Becomes a watcher.
  2. Self-Nature: We are forgetting our self-nature. Because we forget our self-nature we live in fear and start worrying. Don’t fight or try to solve the problem, know your self-nature.
    • One who has established self-nature will move from complicated imagination to clear imagination.
    • One who has established self-nature will move from complicated imagination to clear imagination.
    • Just as rivers move towards the ocean, that is their suchness. Just as fire is hot, that is its suchness. Suchness is our self-nature.
  3. Imaginations and Sleep: We live in our imagination and conceptual life that gives undeserved importance to self. This is called Vikalph, Delusion.
    • Unless you know the truth, you cannot know what delusion is, what illusion is.
    • Imagination may be good, bad and neutral for past, present, future, self, others and world. This will not allow us to see the reality.
    • We are too temporary to have permanent problems. Problems are nothing but the result of identified imagination.
