Meditation can never be result-oriented; you simply meditate, that’s all.

When it comes to meditation, the practice is often considered a journey rather than a destination. The philosophy behind the idea that meditation can never be result-oriented is rooted in the concept of letting go of attachment to outcomes. In other words, the true essence of meditation lies in the process itself rather than any specific goal or result. Meditation is about being present in the moment, observing your thoughts and feelings without judgement, and creating a sense of calm and clarity within yourself. By focusing on the act of meditating itself, you cultivate a greater sense of self-aware and mindfulness. The intention is not to achieve a specific outcome or transformation, but rather to simply be open to whatever arises during the practice.

By letting go of the need for results or expectations, you are able to fully immerse yourself in the experience of meditation. This allows you to deepen your connection to your inner self, cultivate a sense of inner peace, and embrace the present moment with acceptance and mindfulness.

Ultimately, the beauty of meditation lies in its ability to bring you back to the present moment and cultivate a sense of inner peace and self-awareness. By approaching meditation with a mindset of non-attachment to results, you can fully embrace the practice and all its benefits without being consumed by external goals or expectations.
