When you are silent watcher only means you allow accept everything as it is.

Going with the flow of life will bring serenity, peace and tranquility; this is the art of acceptance. Learning the art of acceptance is an important lesson in living a full and conscious life. Many wise men and women throughout the ages have emphasized that acceptance is a necessary and extremely powerful state of being. Wayne Dyer has been quoted saying “If I could define enlightenment briefly I would say it is the quiet acceptance of what is.” Carl Jung taught “We cannot change anything until we accept it. Condemnation does not liberate, it oppresses.” And Eleanor Roosevelt said “You have to accept whatever comes and the only important thing is that you meet it with the best you have to give.”

When you can accept life the way it is then everything undergoes a change. The greatest gift that you can give to the world is the gif of acceptance and love. Allow your heart to open and live daily from a place of unconditional love, appreciation and acceptance. One of life’s greatest lessons is learning to surrender and go with the flow. Life happens and it is your reaction and interpretation of the circumstances that will either free you or limit you. Developing a curiosity about how your react to the situations and people in your life can ultimately release you from the restrictions and controlling inclinations of the past.

Serenity comes when you trade expectations for acceptance.

Chirag will like to share his experience with you all:

I was unaware of myself till the time I discuss 5th post with Dhawani. In my life whatever assignment is given to me I take it as a challenge and like to implement it with my own wisdom and awareness.

As I am in the teaching profession, she requested me to implement the Pranayama structure of DHC, which has been created by core team of DHC for the school and tutorial classes. I read that structure and discuss with her. Next day morning I called and train the students who are monitors. Instead of the teachers when I train the students there were few benefits I could see. First the student will be not only teaching the pranayama and making sure that all students practice before the class starts, with that they learn to direct the others and work as a team. Another advantage when one period is over and another is started one teacher leaves and other will come. This time generally student spend for teasing each other. Instead of that they will use this time for creativity, for their personal growth. Not only that when the new teacher comes they are more relaxed and enthusiastic to learn from that teacher.

Learning and creativity means education and ethics both can be taught to the children simultaneously. This assignment when I implemented that time Dhawni told me that what I practice through my action is silent watcher without any judgement so I have an awareness of how to take everyone’s idea and use my awareness and thinking by which not only I but everyone can grow and learn.

I will like to end my post with this quote:

Don’t judge or analyze what you observe. Watch the thought, feel the emotion, observe the reaction. Don’t make a personal problem out of them. You will then feel something more powerful than any of those things that you observe: the still, observing presence itself behind the content of your mind, the silent watcher.
