Samprajnata Samadhi:
- Meditative Absorption: Meditative Absorption is the canvas where the art of inner tranquillity begins its first strokes, silent and profound.
- It is the point at which we close the door to the outer world and open the window to the soul, allowing the breeze of silence to enter.
- In this tranquil domain, the incessant chatter of the mind subsides, and the rhythm of breath becomes the gentle tide that washes over consciousness.
- Each inhalation draws you deeper into the heart of being, a space untouched by the tumult of daily life.
- Meditative Absorption: Awareness becomes one with the observed.
- Vitarka, Vichara, Ananda and Asmita: There are four levels of consciousness through which the mind moves during Samprajnata Samadhi. Vitarka: gross thought or reasoning, Vichar: subtle thought, Ananda: bliss, ecstasy and Asmita: I-ness, individuality.
- By practising Samprajnata Samadhi, the fluctuating mind goes beyond these four levels. It is done with external support.
- When a fluctuating mind has calmed down and focused it is called Vasikara Samjna Vairagyam.
- With a stable, unswayed mind containing desire’s seed, we may enter Samprajnata Samadhi.
- Samprajnata Samadhi: Samprajnata Samadhi is the convergence of all paths within, a still point where the dance of consciousness comes to rest.
- In this exalted state, the mind knows itself as both the creator and the creation, a self-renewing cycle of awareness.
- The observer and the observed merge in a symphony of silent understanding, where words become the faint echoes of a forgotten language.
- Here, in the radiant core of Samprajnata Samadhi, knowledge is direct and unmediated, a luminous clarity that outshines the sun.
- This is the state of attentive serenity amidst latent insight.
