Problems arise in contracted awareness. Solutions emerge automatically in expanded awareness. When you have pure awareness – awareness without conceptual boundaries – then you live in pure creativity. That is the basis of spiritual solutions, and you can apply these principles whether you want to improve the quality of your relationships, cultivate greater wellbeing, or enjoy more material success, or experience insight, intuition, imagination, inspiration, higher consciousness, and creativity.

How to Awaken Your Deeper Awareness

Look at your hidden assumptions and beliefs.

Take responsibility for your own feelings. Don’t blame or project.

Ask for answers to come from every direction.

Trust that the solution is there, waiting to unfold.

Be curious and follow your hunches and intuition.

Be willing to step into the unknown, for that is where all the answers lie.

Accept that everyone inhabits his or her own reality bubble. Become aware of the reality that other people are coming from.

Approach every day as if it’s a new world, because it is.

When you follow these steps, letting go of conditioned beliefs and ingrained behavior patterns, the possibility of finding new answers expands. You start to see that all of your struggles and frustrations have kept you from joining the flow of evolution, and you begin to let go. You experience peace in your mind and heart and are able to move through life with grace and ease.

Rajani Kanth has been in a very wide and vast range of experiences in his life – my life went through many phases and degrees of experiences in various time periods of life. Every moment brings a new challenge to me.

Every phase of life like my riches, poverty, innocence, intelligence, healthy, ill health, happiness and sadnesses. All of them demand by my different awareness and intelligence.

When I go through all the phase there is something common I found that was fear to be with myself. In all the circumstances I need people around me whether they are supportive or not. It was not a question of their support but because of my fear I needed them. In that I found myself miserable.

My misery was not due to any circumstances but lack of trust in myself and fear to be with myself. This hint of my misery gave me insight that let me try to trust myself in small matter and experiment on that. Let me wait for the results of what is outcome. When I decided to experiment from my small act, so I became alert and aware of regarding my action. In that process I found myself more calm. There was no misery and hurry in my act. I learned to wait, irrespective of my desires and expectations. No anxiety. In that moment I felt so much of trust in myself and there was a glow on my face. This is for me Be Yourself. If it has worked for me it will work for you also.
